This program is designed based on MBCT and MSC approach. It help you to understand your mind and emotions better and be more aware to the habitual negative thinking that leads to depressive and anxious spirals.

mindfulness can help you feel more connected to your purpose in life, thus staving off feelings of lost. It help you to enhance emotional well-being and make a life that you deserve.

Mindfulness allows you to be more tuned to your surroundings and paying attention to what is happening rather than allowing yourselves to be distracted, either by your thoughts or externally, you not only appreciate things more but notice your impact on the world more than you otherwise would. 
Mindfulness has also been shown to develop parts of the brain that decrease anxiety and increase feelings of positivity.
 It help you paying attention to your most difficult emotions and life experiences. it can help you break the cycle of chronic unhappiness once and for all.

With this workshop you will lead week by week:

Week 1: Moving from “automatic pilot” to living with awareness and conscious choice.

Week 2: Moving from relating to experience through thinking to directly “sensing”

Week 3: Moving from dwelling in the past and future to being fully in the present moment.

Week 4: Moving from trying to avoid, escape or get ride of unpleasant experience to approaching it with interest.

Week 5: Moving from needing things to be different to allowing them to be just as they already are.

Week 6: Moving from seeing thought as true and real to seeing them as mental events that may not correspond to reality.

Week 7: Moving from treating yourself harshly to taking care of your self with kindness and compassion.

Week 8: planning a mindful future

Each session trainer lead you by a detailed step by step guide.
